Pancake

Breakfast and pancakes is a combination of sheer delight! Make this delight at home, and you just won’t be able to stop yourself from indulging in it.

  • ¼ cup Madhur Sugar, powdered
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups milk

For Garnishing (optional):

  • Whipped cream
  • Mixed berries
  • Chocolate/Strawberry/Maple syrup

  • Take maida, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sieve all of this into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add Madhur Sugar into the flour mix.
  • Pour 1 ½ cups of milk and melted butter into the mixture. Whisk it well to remove lumps and make the batter.
  • Heat a pan and pour a ladle full of pancake batter onto it.
  • Simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Flip over the pancake and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Finally garnish the pancakes with whipped cream and flavoured syrup.
  • Serve hot!
